The essay should be no less than 800 words. Preferably keep within 900 words
Less than 800 words will result in a grade no greater than a C.
Place the word count at the end of your essay.

Place your name on the exam, Write the entire question (the title) at the head of your essay. The word count will not include the title.

Before starting your answer, review the key words and references for each lecture.
Before starting, read the question and be sure you answer the question I pose.
Focus on the science of the issue, not on philosophy. Do not tell me why I asked the question.
Be sure you have reviewed the contents of the links to determine whether material appropriate to your answer can be found at one of the linked sites. Be sure that your answer demonstrates your understanding of the essential concepts and/or issues.
